Our 100% grass-fed lamb is raised using holistic management practices that regenerate the land and improve ecosystem function.
When animals are harvested during the growing season, you get peak flavor to enjoy year-round from your freezer. It's also economical and keeps your dollars directly supporting local land stewardship. Plus, you can honor and enjoy the whole animal by reducing waste with a "nose-to-tail" experience.

Stew meat
Half lamb shares cannot be customized for cuts. Your half lamb share will fit into a standard home freezer with drawers.
PRICING
You are paying for a 1/2 share of the animal plus butcher fees at the USDA-inspected processor in this total price. It's different than your grocery store retail cut pricing and feeds your family for months!

Mark Your Calendar
Your animal share MUST be picked up on the date you select between 4pm and 7pm. A pick up time after 7pm on that same day can be arranged on an individual basis by email: longrootsranch@gmail.com.
