Longroots Ranch started in 2024 with a vision to reconnect people to land, food, and sustainability. 

 

Our small but mighty team is passionate about regenerative practices to heal the soil, capture carbon, and provide nutritious and healthy food for our community.

We believe agriculture should do more than feed people—it should also heal the land.

 

We raise animals using holistic management principles to regenerate the land, restore biodiversity, sequester carbon, and improve ecosystem function.

Through agrivoltaic farming, we partner with solar developers to graze sheep beneath solar panels. 

 

It’s a win-win: the sheep help manage vegetation without chemicals or carbon-intensive mowing, and the land serves both food and energy production.
